Biography: Being a long time practitioner of gymnastics and diving sports, love for sports and fitness is very natural to me. With that passion and zeal, I have participated in many sports and fitness events at both national and international levels.

About : Dr. Sukhendu Das
I developed a strong interest in Yoga as an essential tool for fitness. Besides teaching, I also practise hard to keep my body in good shape and health. Following my passion for Yoga, I have been involved in research in India and abroad for a long time for its use as tools to keep everyone's body fit. Our organization and I provide various fitness related trainings to keep people healthy through our sports research laboratory in Chinsurah, West Bengal and various other places, wherever we are consulted.

Besides our sports research laboratory, Prana is also involved in various social work activities. Our motto and purpose is to stand by the people in need and build a beautiful world free from diseases.
